On February 7, 2026, BETTEX proudly hosted its Grand Annual
Event and Commendation Conference in Weihai, bringing together employees,
leadership teams, and international representatives from across the globe.
Colleagues from Beijia China were joined by representatives from Bangladesh, India, Cambodia, the United Kingdom, and other regions, demonstrating BETTEX’s strong global presence.
The event served as a platform to reflect on achievements, outline strategic goals for 2026, recognize outstanding contributions, and celebrate the collective strength of the BETTEX.

The meeting officially commenced with a keynote address from Frank Yi, President of BETTEX. In his annual business summary, he reviewed the company’s key milestones in 2025, highlighting operational growth, market expansion, digital transformation progress, and strengthened global partnerships.

Official Launch of AI-Based Digital Solutions
A key highlight of the event was the announcement by
Amandeep Singh, Global IT Leader of BETTEX.
He officially declared that four AI-based digital solutions - Qulex, Tryex, and Showroom Management System (SMS), as well as implementation of ERP system. All software and platforms were independently developed by the Bangladesh IT team. This milestone marks a significant step forward in BETTEX’s digital transformation journey.
With this initiative, BETTEX has formally initiated
independent research and development in AI technology, reinforcing its
commitment to building proprietary, innovation-driven systems that enhance
efficiency, transparency, and customer experience across the apparel supply
chain.
The launch of these AI solutions positions BETTEX not only as a manufacturing partner but also as a technology-enabled apparel solutions provider.
Honoring Excellence: 2025 Commendation Ceremony

transitioned into the highly anticipated commendation session.
In recognition of outstanding performance and dedication in 2025, a total of 16 honorary awards were presented across domestic and international teams. Individual and team award recipients took the stage one by one to receive their honors, celebrating excellence in leadership, innovation, teamwork, and operational achievement.
